What are the Source of Toxins?

A)Toxin taken in thru the Air that we breath in

The air that we breath include dust, agricultural and industrial pollutants, carbon monoxide, indoor-pollutants such as cleaning agents, bleach, fragrances, ozone, insecticides , chemical from electrical appliances and computer etc.

B)Toxin taken in thru the food that we eat

Food that are high in fats , Animal food such as chicken, fish,duck, meats, seafood and refined carbohydrates such as white bread, white rice produce acidity in the body. Our body need to be in alkaline state in order to be healthy. Aninmal foods contains pesticide residues, chemicals, antibiotics, synthetic hormones and viral DNA from genetic engineering.

Other toxin came from deep-fried food, food colorings, chemical additives and  preservatives

C)Emotional toxins

Emotional toxins are childhood traumas, resentment, anger, criticism, low self esteem, Guilt and fear etc

D)Pollutions from Man-made Electromagnetic waves

Electrical appliances such as Computer, TV, Radio, refrigerator, microwave ovens, Mobile phones are main source of  pollution in the  household.



Acne and Pimples Cures

Acnes and Pimples are common problem for teenagers and adult. Stress, unbalance hormones, constipation problems are few factors that lead to pimples/ acnes.

Remedies for Acne and pimples:

1) Dap a bit of tea tree oil or pimples cream on the acne. Apply for three consecutive days. Check for sensitive test and avoid eye area

2) The acne will either ripen and purge out or subside after 3 days. Apply aloe vera gel to the affected areas for next few days. Tea receipt for Acnes and Pimples

Take half  a cup of green beans and half a cup of barley . Wash and rinse the beans . After that put the green beans and barley into a pot and boil for 25 to 30 minutes. Boil until the green beans break and drink the water .  Please do not eat the beans as it will cause winds in the stomach and not good for digestive systems.
